Explanation of Responses:
1. Arts Consulting Limited, a British Virgin Islands corporation, owns 9,360,000 Common Shares of ATA Creativity Global (the "Issuer"). Jun Zhang is the sole director and holds 75% of the issued and outstanding share capital of Arts Consulting Limited. Jun Zhang disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities of the Issuer held by Arts Consulting Limited except to the extent of his pecuniary interests therein.
2. The options became exercisable in one-third tranches on each of April 1, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
