ATA Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

BEIJING, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- ATA Inc. ("ATA" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: ATAI), the leading provider of computer-based testing and testing-related services in China, today announced that it held its 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on December 21, 2009. All of the proposals submitted to shareholders at the 2009 AGM were approved.

    Specifically, the shareholders approved:
    1. The re-election of Andrew Yan as a class B director of the Company; and
    2. The appointment of KPMG as the Company's independent auditor for the
       fiscal year ending March 31, 2010.
