ATA Inc. Files Annual Report on Form 20-F

BEIJING, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- ATA Inc. (Nasdaq: ATAI) ("ATA", or the "Company"), the leading provider of computer-based testing and testing-related services in China, today announced that it filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 15, 2009.
