 call at 9:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, March 11, 2008, to discuss results for the
 third quarter of fiscal year 2008.
 
     Joining Kevin Ma, CEO of ATA Inc., will be Walter Wang, Director and
 President, and Carl Yeung, Chief Financial Officer. The Company plans to
